[BOTH] Online Army Builder - Creador de Ejércitos Online

This is a tool created to build your armies quickly. It is still in development and there are some minors problems. I will add some "How too" pretty soon. Meanwhile you can check and create your armies, tell us any bug you find.

I really like the online army builder! It's great that there's only a small amount of dropdowns but a big table with all units, a picture of it and all the attributes!! :D

But I think I found a mistake in there!
Sometimes there is a problem with the percentage of points spent on close combat units! It seems that some units do not count although they are obviously close combat units. Only Yari Samurai seem to count! I made an example army, where I spent 250 points (10 yari samurai, 10 katana samurai, 10 dai-katana samurai), but it still shows me the error!

Hope saving this army worked this time, last time I got trouble with it!

Hello Pascal!

Yes, I solved the bug saving armies (but there is a minor bug yet, but is not notice most of the times).
There is no bug this time with the percents. The minimum percent is for close combat warriors troops. You see you are using 10 warriors but the other ones are elite troops.

For 400 points you should include 20 warriors to achieve the 100 points minimum. (if we do not do this, no one would take warrior troops, just elite troops, also, a big percent of soldiers was just warriors).

Noo need to apologize!! It is completely normal. In fact, I am trying to simplify this army building settings. I am not too much fond of percents. If you have any suggestion just let me know

I don't if this is an error or if i did not understand the rules but the shooting heroes (like daisho teppo or daisho yumi) doesn't count toward the "Fire weapon troops" nor "Ranged weapon troops" limit. Is it normal ?

Heroes do not count for any type of troop or weapon limitation (they have the big limitation of being unique troops).

OK. That's something that need to be added to the rulebook.
p106-p107 (troop selection), the word "troop" is always used as a generic term describing any kind of minis. So, someone can legitimately think that the "troops with ranged weapons" restriction applies to every miniatures warrior, elite or heroes.

Estaba viendo listas del clan Buke y he visto que los Samurai con No-Dachi tienen la habilidad "Dos armas". ¿No se supone que estos tíos llevan armas a dos manos? ¿Cómo pueden usar dos armas?. En inglés también pone "Two weapons"

Creo que más bien es para poder tener ese modificador de +1d6 a su tirada de combate y no tener que inventar otra habilidad que haga lo mismo pero con diferente nombre... pero @ajmendoza nos responderá mejor ;)

Básicamente es por lo que dice Jairo. El efecto sería el mismo, para no duplicar habilidades. Digamos que la No dachi es tan grande que... vale por dos hehehe

Me imaginaba que sería algo así, pero sigue rechinándome...yo le buscaría otra habilidad a ese arma, u otro nombre a esa habilidad :)

Algo como que tires los mismos dados al atacar pero hiera más fácilmente (aunque seguro que ya hay alguna habilidad que haga lo mismo!). O que cada herida causada sean 2 heridas, aunque sólo se le pueden causar a un mismo modelo, no te puedes cargar 2 tíos con un sólo impacto. O que puedas repetir las tiradas de heridas fallidas...No sé, darle un puntillo sin ponerle una habilidad que no es. Lo más sencillo para no alterar el equilibrio (si es que lo hay, que no he jugado :)) sería cambiarle el nombre a la habilidad para que abarcara más situaciones. Algo como "destreza en el combate", pero no queda tan molón, parece muy genérico, y no ayuda a que cada tropa tenga un aire propio.

En fin, son sugerencias :)
